The new PL90 workstation light ensures optimal lighting conditions and supports the well-being of employees during precision assembly. Concentration and precision are among the most important factors in precision assembly. The delicate manual work at these workplaces, for example for watchmakers or in dental laboratories, requires particularly good lighting. Because optimal light is the prerequisite for good vision and thus has a decisive influence on the quality of the craft. TSL-ESCHA took these special requirements for workplaces in the watch industry and precision mechanics industry into particular consideration when developing the PL90 LED light. The intuitive operation of the workstation light allows quick and easy adjustment of personal lighting in the office or at assembly workstations. The high quality LED lighting ensures optimal lighting conditions, which improve and facilitate work processes. Colors and contrasts can be recognized particularly well thanks to a high color rendering index of 90 and a high color temperature of up to 6,500 Kelvin. The light can be freely adjusted in the color spectrum between warm white and cold white (3,000 to 6,500 K) and stored with the desired brightness value. The saved light settings can be easily recalled at any time. This memory function supports a consistent and smooth workflow. The PL90 generates a flat, homogeneous light with soft transitions. The eyes tire less, better and longer concentration is possible for the employees in precision mechanics. The workstation light can be adjusted to individual and job-specific needs. The PL90 has a short upper articulated arm. This makes adjustment of the light even more flexible when space is limited. Additional strips on the lighting body also prevent the eyes from being dazzled when working in the near field area. This is a great advantage when the head is positioned particularly close to the object during complex assembly work, such as in the watch industry. The PL90 workstation light has a high luminosity without dazzling. This means more protection for the user, because, for example, the watchmaker’s eyes are relieved during the demanding visual task. This results in fewer errors and the workflows become more efficient and productive. Three mounting versions are available for the articulated arm of the PL90: universal clamp, drilling screw fitting or metal screw-on plate. TSL-ESCHA offers different sets of the PL90 which includes the workstation light, power supply (Euro plug type C) and a mounting device.
