TSL-ESCHA Family Day at the New Site in Halver
On Saturday, July 5, 2025, we at TSL-ESCHA had the pleasure of celebrating two major milestones: the successful move to our new, spacious location on Oststraße 7 in Halver, and our very first Family Day.
With over 300 guests, including employees, their families, alumni, and city representatives, the event was a true highlight in our company’s history.
A Day for Everyone and a Home for Many
Our Family Day was all about community, appreciation, and togetherness. We were especially honored by the visit of Halver’s Deputy Mayor, who acknowledged TSL-ESCHA as a strong employer and valuable partner for the city.
As part of the international MAFELEC TEAM, we see ourselves as one big family and that spirit was felt throughout the entire event.
Behind-the-Scenes Insights and a Colorful Program for All Ages
Our guests eagerly took the opportunity to explore our company from the inside. Guided tours through the new production and office areas received excellent feedback, especially for the openness of our employees and the modern facilities of the site.
The supporting program left nothing to be desired:
- Live music by singer Erkan and drummer Flo
- Children’s activities including face painting, a bouncy castle & giant Mikado
- Culinary treats from Restaurant Litfass, plus ice cream, popcorn & barista-style coffee
Appreciation, Vision, and a Strong Symbol
Our Managing Directors, Gilles Heinrich and Lutz Höfer, welcomed all guests with heartfelt words. In their speeches, they described the new site as a “new home”, not only in terms of physical space, but also as a place for connection, growth, and shared development.
A particularly symbolic moment was the planting of a tree, representing new roots and long-term growth at our Halver location.
Shaping the Future Together
The feedback on our very first Family Day was overwhelmingly positive. One colleague summed it up perfectly:
“There was something for everyone.”
Whether technology enthusiasts, children, or long-time companions, everyone felt truly welcome.
