Maria Baldin and Irene Buller celebrate their anniversary of service with TSL-ESCHA

The clock may be ticking, but Maria Baldin and Irene Buller still like to think back to their first day at TSL-ESCHA on November 2, 1994. “It was a Wednesday and the sun was shining,” recalled assembly manager Kai-Uwe Seufzer, who was already on board at the time, adding: “We could always rely on you.” The friendliness of the two women, who at the time were often referred to as the company’s twins, also made them popular colleagues.

Klaus-Peter Schmauch has been with TSL-ESCHA from the very start. The Chief Technical Officer presented the employees celebrating their service anniversary with a certificate and a photo from their early days when there were only seven employees rather than today’s over 100. “Back then, you were still assembling your first push buttons on Oststraße – in a room without windows,” recalled Schmauch with a wry smile. “It was also by putting in overtime at home after the regular workday that you and your families contributed to ensuring the high level of customer satisfaction we already enjoyed back then.”

Managing Director Lutz Höfer added to the praise from the previous speakers and presented Maria Baldin and Irene Buller with colorful flower bouquets as a thank you for their 25 years of loyal service.
